We offer surveys that will help you get more information to establish what product you can have to be installed.
Once you purchase the Survey you will be contacted by an independent surveyor who will arrange a suitable date for the survey, this usually happens within one working day.
Please note: We are not able to quote for installations or give approximate costs over the phone. For a quotation for installation and components required a survey must be carried out.
Survey charge is fully refundable when purchasing a stove or fireplace over £500 contact our sales team when ordering.*
