The Mayfair gas fire is available with a brass or chrome fret and trim.

If you have no chimney you can choose the Mayfair powerflue gas fire which just needs an external wall to vent through.

Be Modern's Mayfair gas fire also comes in a top control model, where as long as the pilot light is lit you can use the top controls.

Features of the Mayfair gas fire include:

• Max heat output: Slimline - 3.1 KW; Deepline - 3.5 KW
  Elite Top Control - 3.3 KW; Powerflue - 4.8 KW
• Manual or push button top control
• Coal fuel bed - all models
• Optional pebble fuel bed available for all models (only with chrome trim)
• Models suitable for brick chimneys, pre-fabricated and pre-cast flues or no chimney
